Daddy's favorite present

Daddy almost cried when we opened the gift from the Kims. They gave me an autographed picture from Nick Saban. It said "To Griffin, Roll Tide (yeah Mom wasn't crazy about that part), Nick Saban." I think I saw a tear in my Dad's eye. It was a pretty awesome gift. Thanks a lot! We are hanging it right inside my bedroom so you can see it when you enter my room.

Presents everywhere!

Wow! You should have seen the presents I got. I am such a lucky boy to have friends and family that care so much. Man who needs Santa when you have a birthday on Christmas Eve. Well, nevermind I need Santa after all.

I wish she would have stopped me. My tummy hurts but I am going to keep on eating because it's so good.

Birthday Cake...

As you can see Mommy and Daddy got me my own cake. It was really pretty until I got into it that is. At first I tried the icing on my finger just waiting for Mommy to stop me from eating it but she didn't! So I dug in with both of my hands and that didn't get enough so I just decided to stick my face in it. If you are going to do it, do it right!

First Birthday Party!

I had my first birthday party this past weekend. Mom and Dad had it early so I could celebrate this past year with all of our friends and family. I am so lucky because I get to have 2 parties, one now and one on my birthday in two weeks. Poor Daddy though, he is broke this time of year because there is Christmas, my birthday and Mommy's birthday all within 2 days of each other. Oh well, he'll be okay. I love playing with Elmo. Although he can just wear a little guy out. He is sooo demanding, "pick elmo up please," "elmo wants down," "give elmo hug,". Man is he high maintenance or what?!

Playin' in the balls at Mimi and Granddaddy's

I have the coolest things at Mimi and Granddaddy's but, right now my favorite is the 100 balls and bag we got at Wally World. I love watching Mom and Mimi pick all them up and as soon as they are all back in the bag I race over and pour them all out again. It's really fun to crawl really fast through them and watch them go EVERYWHERE!!

Chatting with Sophie

All I have to do is bang on the door and there is Sophie. It's kinda like magic, I bang and she appears. She is such a great listener. In this picture I was telling her about all the great food I had on Thanksgiving. I love Sophie. Sophie and my talking Elmo are running neck and neck on who gets the title of my best buddy. Just to be honest, Sophie is a little ahead because she gives me big, wet kisses and Elmo just can't match that.

Mom and I went to spend the morning with Aunt Linda and Logan. Logan and I would look at one another and then go to play in opposite areas.

I have been a busy boy. I had my first Halloween, first trip to the zoo with Mimi and Granddaddy, and first Thanksgiving.

It's been a while

Sorry it has taken so long to put up new pics but Mom and Dad have been busy chasing me!! I have turned into quite the busy bee. I can crawl at warp speed so most of the time around here is spent making sure I don't get into the good stuff like cabinets and the bath tub. So here you go.. the latest pictures.

Just cause I'm a baby doesn't mean I don't have a lot on my mind. Things are tough on an infant these days, too many decisions to be made. Do I want sweet taters or apple sauce to eat, should I watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse or Backyardigans, wonder if shelby county would like to collect all my drool due to these teeth I'm cutting to help battle the water shortage. I'm betting I could get Lake Purdy filled back up all by myself. I'm telling you, my life is tough.

Labor Day at Nanny's
